Forney’s Planning & Zoning committee recently discussed a new retail development, a 0.6 acre lot west of Cancun Cantina, currently named “Plantation Plaza”. This retail space will have frontage on both the service road of Highway 80 and McGraw Street. This is on the south side of Highway 80, east of Pinson Road. A “floor store” has been mentioned as a possible tenant, but that’s all I’ve heard so far. From the looks of it (and from the space available in that area), this is a much smaller development.
