I’m excited to announce the first annual 20PM Community Christmas Light Contest! This contest will be a part of a series of events we have planned for the holiday season, all part of the 20PM Community Christmas Extravaganza, which will focus on bringing the community together in the spirit of the holidays as well as helping those in need.

An entry form will be posted soon; plans call for both ‘celebrity’ judging as well as a reader’s choice award, complete with online voting here on 20PM for your favorite yard! Also, while it’s called the Community Christmas Light Contest, decorations of all types - from lights to yard art and, yes, even the inflatable decorations that were the subject of much controversy last year will be allowed in the contest.
